For the longest time, I have always wanted to start my own YouTube channel. But what would it be about? I could do art tutorials or just videos of me doing everyday things. But there was never a topic I was so passionate about that I actually took that leap. But I believe I have found that passion.

Animal Crossing.

To some, Animal Crossing is a game to pass the time or something you pick up once and a while. But for me, and many others, it’s a lifestyle. It combines my need for daily game play with organizing, planning, and having a space that is just mine – unless you play with others on your Switch.

My island is called Oz. The magical land itself. I like to think of it as a modern Oz. It’s got all the greats: Dorothy’s house with the Wicked Witch of the East right under, Munchkinland (which is just my villagers’ houses), the castle of the Wicked Witch of the West, and even the Emerald City. But it also has modern touches such as a shopping center, a high class diner, and a garden.

My goal is to start live streams of me just fiddling around on my island. I’ve seen other people do this and I enjoy their content. I’m excited to see where this adventure takes me.
